Our excellently trained and friendly staff offers you various meat specialties of local origin. Of course, you will also find fresh fish dishes from local waters on the menu – not to forget our daily suggestions for vegetarians. Chef Stefan and his team surprise our guests every day with delicious courses and prove their sense of culinary innovation and quality. Our lovingly prepared menus delight the palate and the eye.
On request, we prepare special dishes for allergy sufferers and guests with food intolerances. You can also order lunch packages the day before your excursions.

As well you will find various egg dishes, homemade bacon, fresh fruit, a large muesli and yoghurt selection, home-made jams, milk products from our production and high-quality ham, sausages and cheeses.
